I carry ancient knowing, but I live it in a modern, accessible way. I don’t just want people to feel better; I want them to remember who they are. That desire drives everything: my business, my videos, my events, my meditations.
I have a fire that refuses to stay small. I’ve been through spiritual initiations (some quiet, some brutal) and they’ve refined my ability to read people, energy, timelines and truth fast. I’m sensitive, but I’ve outgrown the idea that sensitivity is weakness. I see through masks now, especially my own and that self-honesty is one of my strongest medicines.

I stretch myself constantly, even when it’s uncomfortable, because stagnation is spiritual death to me. I am not everyone’s cup of tea and finally, I’m learning that’s my power.
