1. Scope of Support Services & Age Requirements

I explicitly acknowledge and understand that the transition support, guidance, and Energetic Reset sessions offered by Naturally Effortless LLC are not a replacement for professional medical, clinical, or psychiatric care. Ashley Hintermeier and Naturally Effortless LLC do not diagnose physical or mental health conditions, do not perform medical or clinical interventions, and do not prescribe medications or treatments. I agree to consult a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or qualified healthcare professional for any physical, medical, or psychological concerns.All direct personal sessions and Energetic Resets are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and older. For children under the age of 18, support is provided indirectly through parental guidance and practical lifestyle tools shared directly with the parents to implement within the household environment.

2. Co-Creation & Client Responsibility Policy

I acknowledge that all sessions are strictly collaborative and co-created, based on a shared contribution from the specialist and from the client. I understand that transition support, emotional processing, and parental guidance require my active participation, engagement, and self-directed integration. Naturally Effortless LLC provides the supportive environment and guidance, but the ultimate outcome relies on my own personal accountability and choice to implement these practical lifestyle tools.

3. Acknowledgment of Deep Emotional & Physical Processing

I understand that an Energetic Reset, stress release, and transition support can involve deep emotional and physical processing. I acknowledge that I may experience temporary physical sensations, tiredness, emotional vulnerability, or mild discomfort during or after a session (occurring on the same day or in the consecutive days). I understand that this is a normal part of the body’s natural processing, integration, and stress-release cycle.

4. Client Affirmation & Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, certify that I am over the age of 18 (or am the legal parent/guardian receiving indirect household tools) and have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Informed Consent and Disclaimer.By checking this box, it is my express intention to exempt, waive, and completely relieve Naturally Effortless LLC, its owner Ashley Hintermeier, and any associated representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for injuries, damages, or personal loss to the full extent permitted under applicable law.
