Notices, Terms and Conditions, Refunds, and Cancellations 

Please READ this page carefully. When you sign up to work with Ashley Hintermeier on any level, you are agreeing to these provisions.

By booking a session with Ashley Hintermeier, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You release all liability and agree to hold harmless Ashley Hintermeier, practitioners, and Naturally Effortless LLC.

Post-Session Care: Energetic Resets & Transition Support

Once your session is complete, it is your responsibility to prioritize your personal well-being and take great care of yourself.

Please consult your primary healthcare provider to determine what is right and best for your individual circumstances.

Following your session, it is recommended that you:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Get adequate rest
  • Eat clean, nourishing foods
  • Limit refined sugars and processed foods
  • Avoid alcohol and recreational substances

Overall Refund and Exchange Policy

This section pertains to all offerings, packages, and engagements that fall outside of an individual private session.

All Sales Are Final

  • All services and offerings are completely non-refundable.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase has been made.

Extenuating Circumstances

If Ashley Hintermeier becomes ill or experiences extenuating circumstances that require the cancellation of your appointment, your session will be rescheduled at the most mutually convenient date and time.

Lates, No-Shows, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy

This section pertains specifically to one-on-one private support and transition sessions conducted online via Google Meet.

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. There is a mutual obligation for both parties to be present and prepared at the designated appointment time.

Tech Preparation

Prior to your session, please ensure that you:

  • Are familiar with Google Meet
  • Know how to unmute yourself
  • Have granted camera and microphone access
  • Have tested your technology in advance

Early Sign-In

You may sign in up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment for preparation.

Please note that time spent troubleshooting technology issues during your scheduled appointment window will be deducted from your session time and cannot be added to the end of the appointment.

Late Policy

Up to 15 Minutes Late

If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your session will still proceed.

However:

  • No additional time will be added
  • The session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time
  • You will receive an abbreviated session within the remaining allotted time

More Than 15 Minutes Late

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a no-call, no-show.

In this situation:

  • Your appointment will be forfeited
  • No refund will be issued
  • The appointment slot cannot be reassigned at that time

No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without providing prior notice, you will be considered a no-call, no-show.

In this situation:

  • Your appointment will be forfeited
  • Your session payment will be forfeited
  • No refund will be issued

How to Reschedule or Cancel

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must provide notification using one of the methods below.

Method A (Preferred): Text Message or Phone Call

Send a text message to: 716-801-7390

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your appointment date and time
  • Whether you wish to cancel or reschedule

Phone calls may be placed during the following hours:

  • Monday through Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday through Sunday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

If calling outside of these hours, please send a text message instead.

Method B: Email

The exact timestamp of your email will determine eligibility for rescheduling based on the 24-hour notice policy outlined below.

Refund Details Regarding Cancellations

More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel or request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment:

  • Your session purchase may be applied to a future appointment
  • Your original appointment slot may be offered to another client

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice

If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice:

  • Your session purchase will be forfeited
  • No refund will be issued

Pricing for all sessions and services is subject to change without notice.
